In Sanskrit, Kulina means “belonging to a good family.” We believe this simple meaning embodies the essence of our brand. Ultimately, our goal is to make wellness accessible to everyone. Whether that be through in-person yoga classes or live streaming from the comfort of your home; we invite you to our community where you can connect, heal and grow with other like-minded souls.

Liscensed Massage Therapist
Joshua graduated from the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in 2021 and received his 200-hour yoga certification in 2020. He incorporates movement and lengthening as much as allowed during the massage experience but can also accommodate if you simply want a relaxing Swedish massage to calm the nervous system. He believes it is essential to meet people where they are most comfortable when it comes to relaxing or healing. Given that it can change daily for a client, Joshua is available at Kulina Wellness, in your home, or at the spa at Antoine Du Chez.

Liscensed Massage Therapist
In December of 2021 Sophia graduated from The Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy. From there she went on to work for a few spots in Northern Colorado. Dipping her toes into Denver for the opportunity, she now works both in Northern Colorado and in Denver. She strives to have a fully integrative massage. She meets your body where you’re at in the moment. Crafting each session to mold to you as an individual. Sophia is available in the Kulina Wellness studio, in your home, or at Antione Du Chez.

Brand Strategist & Designer
In April of 2020, right before COVID hit, Alex graduated with her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from RMCAD, in Denver, CO. Since then, she's founded a brand design studio (Curly Cue Design Studio) and specializes in strategy, identity systems, packaging design, social media marketing, and website development. Alex is Kulina's brand designer and social media guru. On days when Alex isn't pursuing her passion for brand development, you can find her on a snowboard in the mountains, outside with her 2 Great Pyrenees, enjoying tasty new cuisines with her fiance, or at a music festival/concert.
