To change an appointment, we need at least 24 hours notice during the weekdays (9-5 M-F). Otherwise, you will not get a refund for the full amount of your appointment. 

Due to the work involved in assessing the health condition of the client and tailoring a therapy plan for the duration of the purchased package, the discounted packages are non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for another package. 

Discounted packages must be used in full within a year from the date of the purchase.

It is imperative to realize that our therapies require the client participation and their effectiveness is proportional to that.

Rates are effective from September, 2022. Rates can change without notice. Debit or credit cards will have a 2.75% added to each transaction.

Therapists may choose any of the following massage modalities, or a combination of, for each session (according to the clients conditions and preferences):

• Percussive Therapy (Massage Gun)

• Craniosacral Technique

• Active/ Passive Stretching

• Posture Analysis

Purchased gift certificates are valid for one year after the date of purchase. They can be exchanged for other services offered by providers at Kulina but not for products or cash.
