Streaming with Kulina

THE KULINA APPROACH

Yoga goes far beyond improving strength and flexibility. With the right practice, you can lower anxiety, improve inner happiness and connect with your spirituality. Every Sunday at 10 am MST, join Kulina and the Harrington Method for a Slow Flow Vinyasa live-stream Zoom. During each session, you’ll synchronize your breath with each guided movement. At the end, there will be a short meditation. We can’t wait to see you on the mat!
